We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded funding from the Arts Council England and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s Museum Renewal Fund.

Ware Museum plays a vital role in celebrating and preserving the town’s rich cultural heritage — thanks in large part to the incredible work of over 50 dedicated local volunteers.

We are hugely grateful to Arts Council England and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport for this award. The funding will enable us to carry out a comprehensive business and organisational review, which will help us achieve our long-term goals of increasing our audiences, refreshing our permanent displays and delivering a dynamic programme of temporary exhibitions and events.
