Join John Wing for a guided tour of the Southern Malting, drawing on his extensive research into the site’s history from its origins as a farmyard before 1837. Through his conversations with former maltmakers in the 1990s and 2000s, John brings to life the working lives of the men who powered Ware’s malting industry for over 400 years.
